Mosier: Site Planning Visit

May 27, 2021

Our project site is situated high up on a bluff with stunning views of the Coyote Syncline precipice across the Columbia River. We arrived to make observations and ask questions about what a future design could be. Questions like where are the trees that we want to preserve? What is potential driveway access like? Where is the sun in the Winter….in the spring? How are we going to build on a sloping lot? We have a list of about 100 questions like this that help inform our design and tune the building to the site.
